Edwin Wanjuru is currently serving in the SPU Virtual Campus as a learner management systems support specialist. Prior to joining the Virtual Campus, he served in the academic registry & office of the DVC- Academics as a senior administrative assistant. He also teaches in the department of computer science in the areas of Information systems, computer systems security & systems analysis and design.
He is well experienced in the areas of IT helpdesk administration, IT projects management, IT systems analysis and design, information system audits, IT- Business strategy alignment and data administration.
He holds a master’s degree in information technology management from the university of Nairobi & a bachelor’s degree in business and information technology from St. Paul’s university. Edwin has also trained in higher education pedagogy, cybersecurity, data protection, computer networking and blended learning practice.
