She has a depth of experience in creating compelling learning activities and course content, working with subject matter experts to identify training needs, applying instructional design theories and methods, and utilizing multimedia tools to enhance the learning process.
Esther holds a Master of Education Administration from Africa Nazarene University, a Bachelor of Education - Business Studies & Economics from the University of Nairobi. A post graduate diploma, in Education Management from Kenya Education Management Institute and Strategic Management & Leadership Certification, Kenya Institute of Management.
